Rather than going through training because employees are required to, they should have a positive attitude in doing so. You as the employer should help staff know the importance of proper training. Let them know that they can kill or injure not just themselves, but other individuals, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to make sure that all your staff undertake training seriously.
