FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in the year 1920. This family run company, FMgru, is found within the largest industrial place within northern Italy. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in building pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, various kinds of presses, forklifts, farming machinery and prefabrication molds.
The company began crane production in the year 1963. Eventually, the business pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru currently manufactures and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These machinery are designed and engineered for a variety of applications and there are available units that can cover all construction requirements.
Some models offer really flexible lifting options for businesses which are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes offer 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Other models include topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are extremely adaptable and user friendly. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes offer a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes that have no over sail restriction and are great for any construction or building project.
The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are equipped with 12000 kg capacity. These types of cranes are particularly designed to work in restricted sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are found near each other.
